What is Rubber Dredge Hose Used For

The rubber hose pipe is widely used in beach, river, lake, marine dredging.
Usually it is connected with sand dredger or pump for the discharging of slurry,
sand, or mixture. Its flexible design can reduce the swaying caused by waves.

Dredging rubber hoses consist out of an inner lining adjusted to the specific requirement of transported media. Wear indicator layers can be implemented in the hoses which transport abrasive media. A textile reinforcement of high tensile strength will control the pressure resistance of the dredging hose as well as the tensile strength. Where as the outer cover is built up by a rubber compound highly resistant against weathering, UV lights and Ozone. On special request the outer cover can be built with oil resistant materials.

Flexible Rubber Suction Hose

Suction hose with steel flange is assembled with dredgers to deliver silt and gravels. Wall thickness of the pipe is from 31mm~58mm. The suitable working temperature is from -20°C to 50°C. It is convenient to install, flexible to use, safe, wearing-resistant and bending-resistant.

Applicatitons:
1. Used in wind-pressured sand -spraying machine to get rid of the rust by spraying sand or with iron ball.
2. Widely used for sucking or discharging of water, sand, air, and powders in industry, agriculture, factory, mining and building etc..
